But since its birth, this revolutionary anarchic form has been adopted by communities around the globe; any group that feels marginalised and disenfranchised by the ruling elite – they flock to the subversive, aggressive truth-speaking form of Hip-Hop.
This ‘truth-speaking’ element of the arts blends well with the conspiracy realms; after all, any opinion that challenges the norm is, by definition, a ‘conspiracy’, ‘crackpot’. Such is the case with our consensus driven society.
